Phuket Training Week - Come and train the house down in paradise!
6th - 14th March 2021
From incredible open water swimming to scenic, tough riding, there is guaranteed to be something for everyone.
Phuket is an ideal location to train, bring the family and they can enjoy a holiday at the same time! With direct flights from most Australian cities and only a short flight from Europe and other Asian countries, it is guaranteed to be one of the most affordable and fun training experiences of your life!
MX Endurance camps offer you the perfect opportunity to train with a group of like minded people and have fun at the same time with group meals and catch ups there is plenty of fun to be had.
All sessions will be led by experienced MX Endurance Coaches with varying levels of support for some sessions including drink stations for runs. The cost for the week is currently being finalised and will aim to include heavilly discounted accommodation options. Currently, we are taking deposits for this camp. If we do not meet the required number of attendees this deposit will be refunded. Otherwise, you will be required to pay the balance within 3 months of the camp date.
*While this camp is designed to accommodate athletes of all levels you need to be able to ride at least 100km and have an average speed of between 25-30km/h (we ride together so you will be able to ride faster than you are used to.) We also advise that you come to this camp ready to train, not after weeks of not training as it is a high volume training camp.

- Introduction Ride - 120-140km
- Yoga Session
Monday March 8
- Morning Run Session 10 - 20km
- Afternoon Open Water Swim Session
Tuesday March 9
- 140km "James Bond Loop" Ride
- Swim technique session
Wednesday March 10
- TT Session. 5km TT efforts (100km total ride)
- Evening Track Session
Thursday March 12
- Long Ride with hills 140km+
- Run off the bike
- Free Afternoon or Group Activity.
Friday March 13
- Morning OW swim
- Long Easy Run 15km+
Saturday March 14
- Long Bike Ride 160km+
- PM Recovery Swim Session
- Camp wrap-up and a dinner
Sunday March 15
- 100km Tempo Ride
- Farewell post-ride coffee
